Antera Hotel & Residences Playa del Carmen

I stayed here 3 nights and liked it. Lovely restaurant served Thai specialties.

Though some of the staff were unkind, I had a very good stay. There were a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in my a double room.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

This hotel was suitable place for exploring Playa del Carmen, loved it. The property was in a very central setting in a quieter area.

The rooms were quiet and gorgeous, had smoke detectors for safety. Smooth check-in, just what we needed.

We liked our 7 nights here. King room was with a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a microwave. The location was stunning, relatively close to Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Their food was brilliant with plenty of meals.

I loved the hotel, it was big and spotlessly clean, location was unbeatable close to center. I had brand-new and well-appointed room complete with the private terrace, private jacuzzi, the balcony. The staff was decent and the service was good😃

Wi-Fi was slow; not included breakfast.

Overall it was a really nice stay at Antera hotel. Very central location was a plus. The venue was an excellent place for enjoying a good area.

The staff was attentive, I had a really good experience. The whole room was ideal with jaccuzi and private terrace, for example.

Hotel's lobby was beautiful with superfriendly personnel.

It has best possible location for visiting Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall.

The location and rooms were very good, we loved this hip new hotel. Nice building and rooms with beautiful decoration. Set near a club which plays music until 4am, the center in the nice area.

Every detail, including location and rooms, was IDEAL.

It was the best base for our perfect stay. We loved the American breakfast and the wonderfully helpful staff. Our double room was fully renovated with a nice balcony. Everything was nice as expected, though the bathroom was tiny...

breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff was pretty friendly. we had a room overlooking the sea, the hotel was absolutely great. service was fantastic too. truly enjoyed fast check-in.

It's ideal hotel, we loved fab rooms and very convenient location. It's found in a central area, an easy walk to many landmarks of Playa del Carmen.

Great hotel with a nice pool. The venue was placed close to the beach. Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from Caiman Tugurio. Good breakfast for the start of the day...

Super bed, FRIENDLY staff. Centro district was worth visiting. Good choice of food available in restaurant.

The street was usually noisy.
